Yesterday the American indices went down. However, all three of them are rising strongly today. What can they do next? Let’s try to answer that question in an analysis, S&P 500 first:
S&P 500
The S&P 500 went down yesterday. The price finished the session slightly below 4010. However, it is rising strongly today. The price is already above the R1 resistance level. If the buyers continue generating firm demand, the price might even go up above today’s R2 and reach 4050. But if the bears counterattack, the price could return below 4020.
NASDAQ 100
NASDAQ 100 also went down yesterday. The price finished the session slightly above the S1 support level, a little below 12750. However, it is rising strongly today. Right now the bulls are attacking the R1 resistance level. If they do it successfully, the price might reach 12900 today. But if they fail, the price could return below 12800 and the EMA 200.
Dow Jones Industrial Average
The DJIA index went down a bit yesterday. The price finished the session at the Pivot Point, slightly above 32600. However, it is rising strongly today. If the buyers continue generating firm demand, the price might go up above the R1 resistance level and even reach 32900. But if the bears counterattack, the price could drop to the Pivot Point.
