PAMM Service Terms and Conditions at EXCO

Introduction – These Terms define the conditions under which we, EXCO, provide our Percentage Allocation Management Module (PAMM) services.

  1. Service Description: The PAMM service allows investors to delegate a portion of their funds to a separate account, which is managed by a PAMM Manager selected by the investor who conducts trades on their behalf.
  2. Eligibility: This service is available to all registered Clients of EXCO who have completed our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.
  3. PAMM Manager Selection: Clients are fully responsible for the selection of their PAMM Manager(s). EXCO does not endorse or recommend any particular PAMM Manager.
  4. Risk Acknowledgement: Clients acknowledge that trading Contracts for Difference (CFDs) carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance of a PAMM Manager does not guarantee future results, and Clients may lose all of their invested capital.
  5. PAMM Manager Licensing: PAMM Managers on the EXCO platform may trade Client funds without holding a specific license for money management. Clients are responsible for understanding the implications of this arrangement.
  6. Allocation of Funds: The allocation of funds is based on a percentage determined by the Client and the selected PAMM Manager. The Client reserves the right to add or withdraw funds at any time, subject to the conditions defined by the PAMM Manager.
  7. Disputes and Complaints: Any disputes or complaints against a PAMM Manager should be first addressed directly with the PAMM Manager. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it can be escalated to our customer support team for investigation.
  8. Changes to the Terms: EXCO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify Clients of any significant changes using the contact information provided during registration.
  9. Limitation of Liability: EXCO will not be liable for losses suffered by Clients due to the actions of a PAMM Manager, market conditions, or any other factors outside of EXCO’s control.
  10. Termination: Clients may terminate their use of the PAMM service at any time by submitting a request through our platform. Upon termination, any funds in the PAMM account will be returned to the Client’s main account.
