Yesterday was a really interesting session. The American indices opened much lower after the weekend, but they have been going up the whole session and finished the day close to their levels from the end of last week. Today all three of them are showing mixed sentiment. What can they do next? Let’s try to answer that question in an analysis, S&P 500 first:

S&P 500

The S&P 500 finished Friday’s session at 4380. On Monday the price opened almost 100 pips lower. However, it has been rising all day and finished the session at 4370. Today the price is showing mixed sentiment. If the buyers show their strength, the price might rise above 4400. But if the bears take control over the market, the price could drop below 4340, to the Pivot Point.
