Yesterday the American indices rose significantly. Today all three of them are going down, though. What can they do next? Let’s try to answer that question in an analysis, S&P 500 first:
S&P 500
The S&P 500 rose significantly yesterday. The price finished the session above the R2 resistance level, slightly below 4170. Today, it is going down a bit, though. If the buyers don’t generate some serious appetite soon, the price could drop to the Pivot Point and 4150. But if they do, the price might reach 4180.
NASDAQ 100
NASDAQ 100 also rose strongly yesterday. The price finished the session high above the R2 resistance level, slightly below 12750. Today it is showing mixed sentiment. If the buyers show their strength once again, the price might even reach 12850 today. But if the bears take control over the market, the price could drop below 12700 and reach the Pivot Point.
Dow Jones Industrial Average
The DJIA index rose significantly yesterday as well. The price finished the session high above the R1 resistance level, a little below 34150. Today, it is going down, though. If the buyers don’t generate some serious appetite soon, the price could drop to the Pivot Point. But if they do, the price might rise above 34200.
