On Friday the American indices performed differently. The S&P 500 and the NASDAQ 100 went down, but the Dow Jones Industrial Average managed to rise. Yesterday, nothing really happened and the volatility was really low. Today all three of them are falling, though. What can they do next? Let’s try to answer that question in an analysis, S&P 500 first:
S&P 500
The S&P 500 went down a bit on Friday. The price finished the last session of the week slightly below 4090. Today it is falling even more. The price is already below the S2 support level and 4060. If the buyers don’t generate some serious appetite soon, the price could drop below 4050 today. But if they do, the price might return above 4070.
NASDAQ 100
NASDAQ 100 also went down on Friday. The price finished the last session of the week slightly below 12400. Today it is falling even more. The price is already below the S2 support level and 12280. If the buyers don’t generate some serious appetite soon, the price could reach 12200 today. But if they do, the price might reach 12350.
Dow Jones Industrial Average
The DJIA index was the strongest one on Friday. The price managed to rise and finished the last session of the week at the Pivot Point, slightly below 33900. However, it is going down today. The price is already below the S1 support level and 33700. If the buyers don’t generate some serious appetite soon, the price could drop below today’s S2 and 33600. But if they do, the price might even reach 33800.
