On Friday, the American indices dropped once again. S&P 500 and Dow Jones Industrial Average finished the week below the S2 support levels, and NASDAQ 100 slightly above it. After the weekend prices opened a bit lower and they have been showing mixed sentiment since then. What can they do next? Let’s try to answer that question in an analysis, S&P 500 first:

S&P 500

The S&P 500 dropped heavily on Friday. The price finished the last session of the week below the S2 support level. After the weekend it opened even lower and it has been showing mixed sentiment since then. Right now the price is close to 3750. If the buyers don’t generate some serious appetite pretty soon, the price could even drop near 3730. But if they do, the price should rise above the Pivot Point.

NASDAQ 100

NASDAQ 100 dropped heavily on Friday too. The price finished the last session of the week slightly above the S2 support level. After the weekend it opened significantly lower, then it quickly dropped even more, but since then it has been going up. If the buyers continue generating sufficient demand, the price might even reach the EMA 200. But if they don’t, the price could fall to the S1.

Dow Jones Industrial Average

The DJIA index also dropped heavily on Friday. The price finished the last session of the week below the S2 support level. After the weekend it opened even lower and it has been showing mixed sentiment since then. If the buyers don’t generate some serious appetite pretty soon, the price could fall to the S1. But if they do, the price should rise above the Pivot Point.
