Yesterday the American indices rose significantly. However, all three American indices are going down deeply today. What can they do next? Let’s try to answer that question in an analysis, S&P 500 first:
S&P 500
The S&P 500 rose significantly yesterday. The price finished the session slightly above the R2 resistance level, a little below 3770. However, it is going down heavily today. The price is already below 3700. If the buyers don’t generate some serious appetite soon, the price could drop below the S2 support level and 3680. But if they do, the price might return above 3720.
NASDAQ 100
NASDAQ 100 also rose strongly yesterday. The price finished the session above the R2 resistance level, at 11580. However, it is going down heavily today. The price is already significantly below the S1 support level. If the buyers don’t generate some serious appetite soon, the price could drop below today’s S2 and reach 11200. But if they do, the price might return above 11400.
Dow Jones Industrial Average
The DJIA index rose strongly yesterday as well. The price finished the session above the R2 resistance level, slightly above 30500. However, it is going down heavily today. Right now the bulls are trying to defend 30000. If they do it successfully, the price might return above 30200. But if they fail, the price could drop below the S2 support level and 29900.
