On Friday, the American indices performed differently. The S&P 500 showed mixed sentiment, the NASDAQ 100 dropped a bit and the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose slightly. Today, all three of them are rising, though. What can they do next? Let’s try to answer that question in an analysis, S&P 500 first:

S&P 500

The S&P 500 showed mixed sentiment on Friday. First the price rose a bit, but in the afternoon it dropped. In the end, it finished the week near 4150. Today, the price is rising significantly, though. If the buyers continue generating firm demand, the price might rise above the R1 resistance level and even reach 4200. But if the bears counterattack, the price could fall to the S1 support level.

NASDAQ 100

On Friday, NASDAQ 100 dropped a bit. The price finished the week slightly above 13400. Today, it is rising significantly, though. If the buyers continue generating firm demand, the price might rise above the R1 resistance level and even reach 13600. But if the bears counterattack, the price could fall to the S1 support level.

Dow Jones Industrial Average

The DJIA index was the strongest one yesterday. The bulls weren’t strong enough to finish the session above the R1 resistance level though, so the price ended the week near 34150. That said, it is rising significantly today. If the buyers continue generating firm demand, the price might rise high above today’s R1. But if the bears counterattack, the price could fall to the EMA 200.
