Yesterday, the American indices dropped heavily. NASDAQ 100 finished the day below the S1 support level, but the S&P 500 and the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped below their S2. Today all three of them are rising, though. What can they do next? Let’s try to answer that question in an analysis, S&P 500 first:

S&P 500

The S&P 500 dropped deeply yesterday. The price finished the day below the S2 support level. However, it is rising today. If the buyers continue generating firm demand, the price might even reach the R1 resistance level today. But if the bears show their strength once again, the price could fall to 4100.

NASDAQ 100

NASDAQ 100 also significantly went down yesterday. The price finished the session below the S1 support level. Today it is rising slowly, though. If the buyers continue generating sufficient demand, the price might even reach the R1 resistance level and the EMA 200 today. But if the bears show their strength once again, the price could fall below 13700.

Dow Jones Industrial Average

The DJIA index dropped heavily yesterday as well. The price finished the day significantly below the S2 support level. However, it is rising today. If the buyers continue generating firm demand, the price might even reach the R1 resistance level today. But if the bears show their strength once again, the price could fall to 33500.
