On Friday the American indices managed to rise. However, all three of them are going down today. What can they do next? Let’s try to answer that question in an analysis, S&P 500 first:
S&P 500
The S&P 500 rose significantly on Friday. The price finished the last session of the week slightly above 4080, at the R1 resistance level. However, it is going down heavily today. The price is already below the S1 support level. If the buyers don’t generate some serious appetite soon, the price could drop below the EMA 200 and reach 4040. But if they do, the price might return above 4070.
NASDAQ 100
NASDAQ 100 was the strongest one on Friday. The price rose strongly and finished the last session of the week a little above 12220, slightly below the R2 resistance level. However, it is going down today. If the buyers don’t generate some serious appetite soon, the price could drop below the S1 support level and reach 12000. But if they do, the price might return above 12150.
Dow Jones Industrial Average
The DJIA index wasn’t as strong as the other two indices on Friday. The price only rose slightly and finished the last session a little below 34050. However, it is going down heavily today. The price is already below the S1 support level. If the buyers don’t generate some serious appetite soon, the price could drop below 33800. But if they do, the price might return above 33950.
