Yesterday the American indices rose strongly once again. Today all three of them are going up even more. What can they do next? Let’s try to answer that question in an analysis, S&P 500 first:

S&P 500

Yesterday was a really interesting session. First, the S&P 500 dropped below the Pivot Point. Then, at the beginning of the American trading session, the price started rising strongly. It even went up above the R2 resistance level and 4590 in the evening. However, during the last 90 minutes of the American trading session, the price fell a bit. In consequence, the S&P 500 finished the day slightly above 4580.

During today’s Asian trading session, the price managed to rise above 4590. However, at the beginning of the European trading session, it started falling slowly. If the buyers don’t generate some serious appetite soon, the price could drop to the Pivot Point today. But if they do, the price might even reach 4600.
