Yesterday the American indices performed differently. The S&P 500 and the NASDAQ 100 went down, but the Dow Jones Industrial Average managed to rise a bit. Today all three of them are rising slowly, though. What can they do next? Let’s try to answer that question in an analysis, S&P 500 first:

S&P 500

The S&P 500 went down yesterday. The price finished the session slightly above 3970. Today it is rising slowly, though. Right now the bulls are attacking the Pivot Point. If they do it successfully, the price might even reach 4000 today. But if they fail, the price could drop below 3970.

SP 500

NASDAQ 100

NASDAQ 100 also went down yesterday. The price finished the session at 11770, slightly above the S1 support level. Today it is rising slowly, though. If the buyers continue generating sufficient demand, the price might even reach 11890 today. But if the bears counterattack, the price could drop below 11730 and reach the EMA 200.

NASDAQ 100

Dow Jones Industrial Average

The DJIA index was the strongest one yesterday. The price managed to rise and finished the session slightly above 33600, exactly at the Pivot Point. Today it is going up even more. If the buyers continue generating firm demand, the price might even rise above 33750 and reach the R1 resistance level. But if the bears counterattack, the price could drop to the Pivot Point.
