Yesterday the American indices performed differently. The S&P 500 and the NASDAQ 100 managed to rise, but the Dow Jones Industrial Average showed mixed sentiment. Today all three American indices are going up, though. What can they do next? Let’s try to answer that question in an analysis, S&P 500 first:

S&P 500

The S&P 500 managed to rise yesterday. The price finished the session slightly above the Pivot Point and 3990. Today it is going up even more. If the buyers continue generating firm demand, the price might even reach the R1 resistance level and 4040. But if the bears counterattack, the price could drop to 3980.

SP 500

NASDAQ 100

NASDAQ 100 was the strongest one yesterday. The price rose significantly and finished the session a little above the R1 resistance level, slightly above 11890. Today it is going up even more. If the buyers continue generating firm demand, the price might rise above 12000 today. But if the bears counterattack, the price could drop below 11850.

NASDAQ 100

Dow Jones Industrial Average

The DJIA index was the weakest one yesterday. The price showed mixed sentiment and finished the session below 33600. However, it is rising today. If the buyers continue generating firm demand, the price might go up above 33800 today. But if the bears counterattack, the price could return below 33600 and even reach the EMA 200.
