Yesterday the S&P 500 and NASDAQ 100 managed to rise, but the Dow Jones Industrial Average showed mixed sentiment. Today all three of them are going up, though. What can they do next? Let’s try to answer that question in an analysis, S&P 500 first:

S&P 500

The S&P 500 managed to rise yesterday. The price finished the session a little below the Pivot Point, at 4315. Today it is going up even more. If the buyers continue generating firm demand, the price might rise above the EMA 200 and reach the R1 resistance level today. But if the bears counterattack, the price could drop below the Pivot Point and 4300.

SP 500

NASDAQ 100

NASDAQ 100 was the strongest one yesterday. The price rose significantly and finished the session above the Pivot Point, at 13930. Today it is going up even more. If the buyers continue generating sufficient demand, the price might rise above the EMA 200 and reach the R1 resistance level today. But if the bears counterattack, the price could drop below 13900 and the Pivot Point.

NASDAQ 100

Dow Jones Industrial Average

The DJIA index was the weakest one yesterday. The price showed mixed sentiment and finished the session slightly above 33600. However, it is rising today. If the buyers continue generating firm demand, the price might reach the R1 resistance level and 34000. But if the bears counterattack, the price could drop below the Pivot Point and reach 33500.
