Yesterday the American indices performed differently. The S&P 500 and the Dow Jones Industrial Average went down, but the NASDAQ 100 managed to rise. Today, all three of them are going up strongly, though. What can they do next? Let’s try to answer that question in an analysis, S&P 500 first:

S&P 500

The S&P 500 went down yesterday. The price finished the session slightly above 3890. However, it opened 40 pips higher today and has been rising since then. If the buyers continue generating firm demand, the price might even reach the R1 resistance level today. But if the bears counterattack, the price could return below the EMA 200 and 3910.

SP 500

NASDAQ 100

NASDAQ 100 was the strongest one yesterday. The price managed to rise and finished the session a little below 12270. Moreover, it opened 140 pips higher today. If the buyers continue generating firm demand, the price might even reach 12500 today. But if the bears counterattack, the price could drop to 12300.

NASDAQ 100

Dow Jones Industrial Average

The DJIA index was the weakest one yesterday. The price dropped significantly and finished the session at the S1 support level and 31850. However, it opened 240 pips higher today. Right now the bulls are attacking the EMA 200. If they do it successfully, the price might even reach 32300 today. But if they fail, the price could even fall to the Pivot Point.
