On Friday the American indices dropped heavily once again. Today all three of them are going down even more. What can they do next? Let’s try to answer that question in an analysis, S&P 500 first:
S&P 500
The S&P 500 dropped heavily on Friday. The price finished the last session of the week a little below the S2 support level, slightly above 4400. Today it is going down even more. Right now the bulls are trying to defend 4380. If they do it successfully, the price might return above 4400. But if they fail, the price could reach 4360 today.
NASDAQ 100
NASDAQ 100 also dropped deeply on Friday. The price finished the last session of the week below the S2 support level, slightly above 14230. Today it is going down even more. Right now the bulls are trying to defend 14100. If they do it successfully, the price might reach 14300 today. But if they fail, the price could fall below 14000 in the next few hours.
Dow Jones Industrial Average
The DJIA index dropped significantly on Friday as well. The price finished the last session of the week below the S1 support level, a little above 34600. Today it is going down even more. The price is already below 34400. If the buyers don’t generate some serious appetite soon, the price could fall below today’s S1 and reach 34200. But if they do, the price might return above 34600.
